We use no advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own website. If you select the Indigo theme, your browser remembers that display choice in session storage for the current tab; it is not sent to us.

Our email links open your email application; they do not submit a request automatically. If you write to us, we process your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry. We use Google Workspace for company email. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation for requests related to a possible contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for other enquiries, reflecting our interest in responding to you. Please do not send patient records or other sensitive health information.
Hosting
We use Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare’s content delivery and security services, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses and traffic information, to deliver and protect this website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation: our legitimate interest in secure, reliable website operation. Cloudflare’s data processing addendum forms part of its service agreement. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; its addendum provides for applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
Storage and use of your data
We retain enquiries only as long as needed to handle them, comply with statutory retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical data retention depends on the hosting service’s operational and security needs, as explained in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Contacting us is voluntary; without your contact details we cannot reply. This website does not make automated decisions about you or create personal profiles.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and withdraw any consent for future processing. Write to info@beyondsimple.de. You may also complain to a data protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
